The standard Private Sail departs Plaza Resort Marina at 3:00 PM and carries up to ten guests. We sail while the light softens, drop anchor where the view is best — often facing Klein Bonaire — and serve a real dinner on deck: Bonaire fish, citrus from local groves, wines from Spain and the south of France. You dock again after sunset, fed and salted and slightly reluctant to leave.
