Terms & Conditions
1. Bookings
A reservation is confirmed once you receive our written confirmation. Prices include the experience as described; the statutory STINAPA nature fee is arranged separately by each guest where applicable.
2. Cancellation
Guest bookings are non-refundable once confirmed — all sales are final. If we cancel — for weather (winds above 22 knots), technical reasons, or a shared sailing not reaching its minimum of eight guests — you choose between a free reschedule and a full refund. If something unforeseen comes up, contact us — we are reasonable people.
3. Safety & conduct
The captain's instructions are binding at all times. The captain may adjust the route or itinerary for safety or weather, and may refuse guests who are visibly intoxicated or endanger the vessel or other guests, without refund. Children remain the responsibility of accompanying adults.
4. Capacity & fitness
Day sails carry a maximum of ten guests. Please inform us in advance of reduced mobility, pregnancy or medical conditions so we can advise whether the trip is suitable.
5. Liability
Participation is at your own risk. PBC B.V. is only liable for damage caused by intent or gross negligence on our part, and liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking. We are not liable for loss of or damage to personal belongings brought on board.
6. Photography
We occasionally take photos during sails for our website or social media. Let the crew know if you prefer not to appear in them.
7. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law applicable in Bonaire (Caribbean Netherlands). Disputes will first be discussed in good faith; failing that, they are submitted to the competent court.
